Today is Nef's 42nd birthday! And he got to spend it up in Park City taking Christian and Ashleigh snowboardin'. They said the snow was good today and that makes it better to board on. At least Nef got to take a good book, go into the lodge and read for awhile. He also got a little bit of shopping done at "The Outlets" in Park City. Not that that is his thing-but we needed to get a few things and he was there-so it worked. He didn't have any 'honey do' lists, got to eat good food, and read away!!! What more could you ask for-LIFE really is GOOD!!!!!
It's your day! Glad you got to have your day. I know it wasn't anything that great. But good Mexican food does go a long way in his opinion. It was good food. We went to Lorena's - I think that was the name of it. Lisa Denny and Travis came with us. Should we make a list as to why we go to Mexican Food:
1, Nef's favorite
2. Lisa's favorite
3. Kathy isn't cooking today (or any day for that matter-but this makes it a special occasion why NOT to cook!)
4. Chips & Salsa- "pick me" -Nef will go anywhere he can eat chips & salsa. . . who wouldn't!
5. Unlimited soda-Nef will take it since he can't (or doesn't) have much of that at home. :)
6. Nef is wonderful and deserves a night out. . .
7. A birthday for Nefi must always include some kind of Mexican Fiesta, Siesta, etc. . .
8. Nef doesn't care for any other kind of food like he does for Mexican 24/7 as he says.
9. Life is good when there is Mexican food around-direct quote from Nef.
