MY Baby-she's finally 12!!!

She made this herself with the help of her dad-she was so excited that her birthday was actually on a Wednesday and she would be able to go to YW for the first time. She made her favorite treat to take with her.

This is her actual birth DAY. I took her out of school at lunch time and we went to her favorite place to eat. She got her favorite meal and then it was off to the mall and to her favorite store- um, um, can you guess? Yep, it is LimitedToo! She has to have just about everything from there. It is a tween store and she is addicted to it. I only shop the sales there. We can always find a good deal but I know she loves the brand new styles the most. She is also addicted to Littlest Pet Shops and Webkins from there too. I don't think this phase will end for a few years.

This has been a really fun, exhausting, exciting and stressful week. Plus I've had a lot of emotional things going through my head. My baby, Emily, is 12! I just can't get over the amount of growth and change she has been through. She is an amazing young lady (my little girl is no longer my little girl). She has grown up way to fast and right before my eyes. We had to give her two parties this year as she really does have two separate set of friends. She has a set that are from school and are her age and then the girls on our street that are all 2 years younger than her-there are NO other girls in our neighborhood that are her age. We had a great time and loved doing them; but it really tells your age. So many other things to deal with all week too. I had something every night this week and and then have to go out of town next week. I fell like I am trying to stop all the fuss and enjoy the doing more than the getting it done-but life always has a curve ball to throw at ya and that isn't fun! Every day and all night I have had events to attend, parties to plan for and activities to run, so this was no different. We didn't really do anything for her parties until Friday morning and then we were in a mad dash to be ready for 8 girls and An American Girl SPA night. Ashleigh and 2 of her friends graciously said they would paint the girls nails, do pedicures, facials, and their hair. Then we hung up a sheet and took photos with their dolls. The table was so cute and set for them to eat and their dolls also. Good times were had and it was fun-look at all the fun the girls had:

I bought a birthday kit from AG a long, long time ago and we finally got to use it. EVERYTHING came in the kit-it was a pretty easy party to put together. Even the party favor bags and stuff in them along with flip flops for the girls and their dolls to decorate and then use to wear while their toes dried after being painted. All the table decor and ceiling bubbles, stuff for the table-it was so cute-small plates and all for their dolls, while the girls got their size of utensils the dolls got tiny ones. It was all packaged together and came with the cupcake stand too. We lucked out-it was on clearance and we loved it all!!!! Now I'm officially done with parties. Ash is turning 16 this year and we are going to take a bunch of kids to pizza-sounds easy to me.

Emily wanted to play a game when she opened presents so we did. Every time a person brought a gift to her to open she would close her eyes and the person with the gift would give it to her and say Happy Birthday in a silly, crazy voice. If Em could guess the person then she got to open it and if not then she had to wait and guess the next person. She did really good-she just didn't guess one girl and she had to say it about 10 times before she got it right! Way to go Em! Fun, Fun!!!!

These three girls: Emily, Sisley Nokes and Cambrea Moffett went to a camp this summer and made up a dance to a song a camp. They wanted me to play it and perform the dance for the whole crowd. So we did. I HAD to catch them up in the air-or so they said. It was pretty funny. They did it so many times and wanted just the right picture taken. I thought I was the only person who did that? Guess not.

**I couldn't stop adding the pictures they were all so cute.**
