I'm thinking that this activity was way too much fun! We had our young women's activity tonight and it was hilarious. We had a "Fear Factor" game set up that was to die for-because I only had to watch and take pictures... I can't believe how gross they got and still were laughing through it all. I will post some pictures soon so everyone can see what we did. We have 5 different events that teams were timed to complete. We were planning on doing this in the gym and then realized that it was taken so we had to do it in the R.S. room and were tight on space but it worked out well. So-they had to bob for "onions" in tomato sauce-we really thought this would be the grossest one of them all and the girls that knew about it were dying-but it ended up not being as bad as they thought. They could taste the tomato sauce more than the onions. Then they had to toss bologna back and forth and each time they threw it they had to take a bite-even if it fell on the floor! I despise bologna...the smell of it really does nothing for me. Next, we had someone get up on their knees on a table and dip marshmellows in chocolate sauce-completely covered- and the rest of the team members were laying on the floor trying to open their mouths wide enough to catch them. Chocolate sauce went all over them, in their hair, eyes, it was gross!!! That was the worst. The ones on the tables were laughing so hard and purposefully dripping chocolate all over them. We covered them in bibs but it didn't matter- it was EVERYWHERE!!!! Of course we picked the cleanest one for last-licking lifesavers and sticking them to someone's face. Alexis complained and said she had spit runnng down her face but we didn't see that and wonder!!! Anyway, it was the funnest activity we have done and the Bishop was there helping and laughing in his suit!!! That was the best - what a night to remember-some of the Teachers were more whimpy than the girls. It was funny seeing them get all upset about their hair getting chocolate or having to put their face in tomato sauce...boys, boys!!!
