This is Emily's 5th grade teacher with her at a Jr. High where she was singing the National Anthem for a Republican Caucus Meeting. She has an amazing voice. It was so fun to go and watch her sing. We got there just in the nick of time and she did a fabulous job. She is such a fun person. She is dedicated to her teaching and wants each child to really, really learn. I am thrilled to have Emily in her class and so grateful for a teacher who she will remember forever. We have been very fortunate with our teachers-it is like they were all hand picked for our kids - and we just moved here - so they didn't even know us. Em has made some great friends that I am hoping will go through all the rest of her school days with her. She is really enjoying herself and I am forever grateful. Mrs. Bowcutt (Allyson to me!) has made Emily so very happy. I know that she loves going to school each day because of the great love for teaching that she brings with her each day. Allyson just finished her Masters Degree and it has been quite the task! I praise her and her efforts. That is a huge undertaking while working full-time and then completing it by the time she is 24 years old! What ambition. Thanks for a great year Mrs. Bowcutt. Emily will hold you dear to her heart because of the love and time you have given. YOU have truly made a difference in the lives of these children. Thanks! Life for Emily really is good because you have been a part of it!!! *If you click on the title it will take you to her blog. She has a fun blog!*
