Love it when I get to go and see one of the kids perform at school. I can't believe that Emily is almost done with Elem. school and then those days will be long gone. They have so much fun doing them. The practices can be long-I would see all the 5th grade classes practicing every afternoon for about two months from 2-3 pm; but they always pay off. 5th grade studies a lot about America so the whole play went through the History of our country. I think Mrs. Bowcutt said that she had created this and really wanted to pull it off. It went off with flying colors. Loved it. Each one of the students that had a part did an awesome job at memorizing their part or dance and totally got into it. I'm so glad that Nef got to come too. He doesn't always get to see the kids in their school activities during the day. Emily-we are so proud of you. You have really grown and matured this year and blossomed beyond our wildest dreams. We love you and continue to be amazed at what strength, love, talents, energy and knowledge you are gaining. Each day you make us love you more. You are a sweet child of God and know that you were sent right to us to keep us grounded. I love you to the moon and sun. . . and back! -mom
