Let's Celebrate!

It was Emily Holbrook's birthday on Thursday, so we decided that we needed to get out and go to lunch on Saturday. She chose Mimi's Cafe and it was just as good as the last time we went. We both love a chinese salad that they serve with a HUGE muffin. She is an amazing person and I love working with her in Young Women's. She is my right hand and if I didn't have her I would be lost. She really is on the ball and I'm so glad they are in our ward. She moved out here from Indiana about the same time we moved in the ward and her husband was working for Destination's Home Builder. A few months later they laid him off and it has taken him 8 months to find a job. Been there, done that and I'm so glad and feel blessed to have Nef working at a great place and enjoying the work he does. We are just glad that Craig found something local and they didn't have to put their house on the market and MOVE! Thanks Emily for all you do, the great chats and laughs, delicious food you create and always thinking of everything for me. You are a great person and I am so happy to have gotten the chance to get to know you better and have you as a friend.
