Life is ART!

Can't believe that with all that Brenda and Scott Franson are going through they thought of me...Scott was a missionary in CO at the same time as Nef was and they were companions for a while. They reconnected a few years ago. They live in Rexburg, ID and Scott teaches Computer Graphic classes at BYU-Idaho. He is an amazing artist and uses Photoshop to do all of his work. He has a few children's books and one is on Amazon right now. I think if I did it right you can click on the title for this entry and it will take you to the link for his book on Amazon. It is a cute story. Anyway, the Franson's have had several opportunities to stay with us over the past year as Scott has had some health issues and has been coming down to SLC for treatments. We enjoy having them stay with us and I especially love seeing his artwork. Go to his blog: www.scottefranson.blogspot.com to see some of his work. You will love it. This is the one I received from him. They came to stay with us on Friday night and it was a surprise to get it. They have so many things going on in their lives and are so generous to give this to me. When I went to NYC in Jan. Scott told me about a yummy place I needed to go to called "Serendipity" I did and will never forget the yummy frozen hot chocolate I ate there and the sundae. It is the one that is on the side of this blog. Then a few weeks later they came to stay with us and brought me 5 packages of frozen hot chocolate mix they had shipped from NYC!!! I was completely shocked! They are the nicest, kindest and most easy-going people I know. I'm so glad Nef reconected with them. They are a blessing to everyone and I know that all will work out with Scott and he will get the transplant he needs. Become a donor if you aren't now. Think about it-it will save another person's life! I love my artwork and it reminds me of how good life really is. No complaints here!!!
