Life is . . . ON!

I can't believe how fast time flies. It is almost the end of April and the year for our family is made up of the months that school is in session. So. . . for us May will be the last month of the year and it's almost here. I will be thrilled when school is out and summer is ON! The schedules in our life will slow down and we'll be free and easy and I know we will enjoy our time OFF! I can't wait to really catch up on life. I have so many projects that I want to complete. I can' wait to sit and just do the things that Kathy wants to do. Every person needs that every once in awhile.


Tonight was American Idol and David Cook is it. I absolutely loved the song he choose from Phantom of the Opera. WOW! I was really impressed by him. I think he or David Archuleta will take the title. It is kind-of funny that we follow this show each week. It is crazy that we sit in front of the T.V. and get so into this. It is mindless though. Not a care in the world and you listen to music. I have always loved listening to music. I have to have music on all the time in the house. I can't stand it quiet. I love all different kinds and don't need it loud-just in the background to be there. It can be calming, soothing, refreshing, spunky, wild and crazy, any kind will do but country. I can't stand it-I feel like I need to go out and get a dog and a trailer and be a "porch monkey" when I listen to it. I don't know but it is about the only thing I think doesn't make life good for me!
