Nice to know you are LOVED!

WOW! I was actually quite taken by the way so many people were so kind after my surgery. It was such a nice feeling to know that there are so many good people out there and really do care. Dad and Keri (my sister) sent flowers the day of the surgery. Then some of the YW leaders: Leslie, Emily and Angie brought over treats, lotion from Bath and Body Works and a card the whole group of girls had signed during church. Beth Morris-who is in YW also-picked some gorgeous roses and other flowers from her yard and put them in a beautiful arrangement and dropped them off. Christie Mendoza(my neighbor next door) and Becky-her sister made the best chewy, gooey bars and cookies in the world and brought them in on Thurs. night. Then on Friday, Suzette Strahm came over and brought mints and a cute vase with a fake flower (plant) that was red/white/blue-it was so thoughtful. She knew I really wanted to decorate for the 4th and just didn't have the energy or time to devote to it. Julie Olsen (also from YW) stopped by the next Saturday with 3 meals from a fun dinner place in Bountiful-they were soo good. So it was awesome to hear from people and get notes and know that you are loved and life really is good. I am tired all the time-can only go for an hour or so and then a nap; but know with time it will get better. Went in on Friday for a follow up and everything looks good. I will meet with the rep from the company next week and get this programmed so I can get using it and feel 100% better. It will be worth it I know! I am continually praying that I can now move on with my life and leave the last 7 painful years behind me. It will only be a figment of my imagination in years to come.....PLEASE!
